Liz Haythornthwaite

Hello! I'm Liz Haythornthwaite. I am a Local Preacher and Circuit Steward. I was born in the West Riding but have spent most of my life in the Lune Valley in what was Westmorland but is now Cumbria. In 2004, after our two children had finally flown the nest, my husband and I moved to Wensleydale where we enjoy walking, gardening, reading and living in beautiful surroundings. I gave up work in 2016 so as to spend more time visiting my family, especially as I had become a grandmother, and to enjoy longer holidays with Peter touring the UK and Europe with our caravan.

I believe a good laugh a day is the best medicine so hope the above was a good dose!
